ABOUT PBisLife

At PBisLife, we are a lot like whom we coach and play with everyday.  We love to play, we love the people, we love to have fun, and we want to share our love of the game with you! 

Let us introduce you to our Founder, Chrishawn Murphy-Spackman.  While visiting Delaware in 2018, friends introduced her to the game.  After returning home, Chrishawn started playing locally in her home State of Virginia and never looked back.

A firm believer in learning from a variety of people, she attended various Pro clinics had private coaching from multiple pros and certified caoches;  and later that year, she started playing in tournaments.  Traveling to Florida for her third tournament, she came home with a Silver medal in Women's Doubles and a Bronze medal in Mixed Doubles.  A little over a year later, she had her first GOLD medal and is now roaming around as a 4.5 player collecting more medals and representing Team Babolat!  

In 2019, Chrishawn found an inner hunger to help grow the game with the desire to teach both fundamentals and style; regardless of age, ability or gender.   She completed her PPR Coaching Certification, and launched PBisLife!  Prior to coaching Pickleball, Chrishawn played Division I baseketball at Clemson University then coached at a Junior College in Minnesota, High School Basketball and High School Soccer.
